Pool Access Control Cards (Pool Key Cards) Replacement Policy

• $20 fee for additional key cards or for replacement key cards that do not qualify for free replacement
• Upon request, the Board will supply replacement Pool Key Cards for free unless it was less than 3 years since a new card was issued
• Free replacement, upon request, for any new residents, or for any damaged cards
• Previous key cards will be turned off after issuance of a replacement key card
• Key card replacements would be tracked with a note in the database anytime a replacement key card is provided
